By visiting Skyscraper Sandwich Truck, you will have the opportunity to enjoy NY style deli: Really.Big.Sandwiches. The theme of the food truck is pastrami, corned beef, and truck-roasted turkey, hot or cold. Reubens, Rachels, and sliders served on locally baked rye rolls, as well as specials throughout the season. Pickles to go with too. Coleslaw and dressings are all fresh, truck-made.
