Typical truck-themed sample menu
Choice of one made-to-order entrée per person:
- 6oz Corned Beef or Pastrami Deli Sandwich served hot or cold.
- 6oz Reuben Sandwich with either Corned Beef or Pastrami served hot.
- Rachel Sandwich with turkey (6oz), Swiss cheese, truck slaw, and our truck dressing served hot.
- Pastrami Grilled Cheese and Pastrami(3oz), Swiss cheese, Sweet red onion jam.
- Portabella Reuben(veg) Portabella, Swiss Cheese, Truck Sauce, red cabbage slaw, on grilled rye.
All sandwiches served on seeded rye with chips and pickle wedge.
Self-serve salads, cheese, fruit, veggie trays, and charcuterie platters are available.
